You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
Your phone number is your key. Because we identify you by your verified WhatsApp number, a deletion request removes the records tied to that number across our systems.
How to request deletion
Choose whichever is easiest — any one of these is enough:
- By WhatsApp. Send the word ELIMINAR (or “DELETE”) to our WhatsApp number +505-5700-2060 from the phone number you want deleted.
- By email. Email legal@tuanissjds.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the WhatsApp phone number associated with your records.
- In person. Ask any team member at Tuani’s in San Juan del Sur to submit a data deletion request on your behalf.
To protect your privacy, we may take steps to confirm the request comes from the owner of the phone number before we act on it.
What gets deleted
Once verified, we delete the personal information linked to your phone number, including:
- Your phone number, name, date of birth, and language preference
- Your sports and team preferences
- Your coupon and visit history, and any prediction or game records
- Verification (one-time passcode) records associated with you
We also instruct our service providers (including our messaging and CRM providers) to delete the information they hold on our behalf.
What we may keep
We may retain limited information where the law requires it — for example, records needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes — and we may keep anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you. Separately, message-delivery logs held by WhatsApp / Meta are governed by Meta’s own data policies and retention.
How long it takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm once your information has been deleted.
