We opened in November 2021 with one stubborn idea: that a single place in San Juan del Sur could do everything well. One kitchen with sushi, seafood, steaks and burgers on the same menu, fresh Pacific fish every morning and a dance floor that doesn't stop. And your server still remembers your name.

When are you open?
Every day from 8am: Monday to Wednesday 8am–1am · Thursday to Sunday 8am–3am. Kitchen until 10pm Monday to Wednesday and on Sunday, until 11pm Thursday to Saturday. A restaurant by day, a sports bar at sunset and a nightclub after dark.
How do I book a table?

Where are you?
In Portuaria, San Juan del Sur, right on the harbour. It's a short walk from anywhere in town.
