Serrano salad

An Atlantic white, saline and citrusy, that answers the serrano ham.

Filet heart with porcini sauce

With Cecchi Storia di Famiglia Chianti Classico

Sangiovese: its acidity cuts through the cream and cleans every bite.

Chocolate fondant

With Carajillo with Licor 43

Hot coffee, vanilla and citrus over molten chocolate. The finale.
